Hi, I am Fabian Anthony and I am passionate about the SENSITISATION, EDUCATION, EXPLORATION and DESTIGMATIZATION, of mental health conversations in our communities. My aim is to INSPIRE individuals and organizations to BREAK THE SILENCE surrounding mental wellness and illness.

I believe in the POWER of HOPE. Having sunken to deeply depressing and dark places and planned my own suicide. I am a living testimony of the power of testimonies. Conversations friends literally lit a flame of fortitude and a fierce desire to fulfill my future potential. It is MY HOPE that my WORDS can do for you what theirs has done for me.

MY MESS-AGE is just my MESS with AGE. I am thankful that time has taken some of the sting away from my situation. I am grateful that by GRACE God has given me a fresh start and I embrace every opportunity to open up and offer others a view of what happens when we allow the stain of Stigma to silence those who desperately NEED to be heard.
